1.    原則としてホテルと異なり、ご利用後はご利用前の状態に戻していただく必要があります。掃除機等用意しておりますので、お片づけをお願いいたします。

All guests are required to put everything back the way they were and clean up the room before leaving as service charge is not included.

2.   チェックインは14:00～17:00(プラン内容によります。）、チェックアウトは8:30～10:00です。これによらない場合は事前にその可否を施設までお問い合わせください。消灯時間は22時です。

You could ask us if it would be impossible to get here and leave here on time.

(Administrative Office closes at 17:00 and no staff stay at night.)

3.    早朝チェックアウト（8:30以前の場合）は管理棟入口のポストに鍵をご返却いただければ結構です。

​

For earlier check out, before 8:30am, please drop the key in the box at the entrance of the office.

​

4.    設備、備品等の著しい破損、汚れが確認された場合には、修繕、買換え、クリーニングなどの実費を請求させて頂きます。

​

In case of giving damaged to any properties, it will be invoiced at actual cost.

​

5.    許可された部屋以外のペットの入室は厳禁となっております。アレルギーのお客様へのご配慮をお願い申し上げます。この場合も特別清掃の対象となりますのでご注意ください。

Pets are not allowed inside the room except the permitted.  Keep the pets away the room on the leash or it will be applied No.4 rule if the room must be needed the special cleaning.

6.    ベランダ等禁止されている場所でのバーベキュー、花火等は小火騒ぎが発生しておりますので絶対におやめ下さい。

​

On the balcony (wooden deck), No BBQ, Fireworks are allowed.

​

7.    上記の事例が原因で復旧に日数を要する場合、その間の施設利用が出来なくなるため、必要日数にかかる料金をご負担いただきます。

​

It will be invoiced at actual cost of the loss you caused.

​

８．　宿泊者以外は宿泊施設に入れません（時間貸しを除く。）。発見した場合は宿泊予定の方も含めて退場とさせていただきますので、ご協力ください。

​

No companions will be allowed in the bungalow.  Follow the rule " Guests only."
